Terms of Service
QR HUDI service (qrhudi.com). Effective August 17, 2026.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QR HUDI (the “Service”), operated by Alexander Sergeevich Zabrodov, a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) registered in the Russian Federation — Taxpayer ID (ИНН) 631929518290, OGRNIP 326632700131912, Samara, Russia (“we”, “us”, the “Operator”). By using the Service — viewing a personal page, activating it, or signing in to the dashboard — you agree to these Terms. How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
2. What the Service is
QR HUDI gives you a personal web page tied to a unique QR code printed on a garment (hoodie, t-shirt, sweater, etc.). You activate your page using the login and password printed on the garment’s tag, then set your own email and password. You fill your page with your own content (text, images, styling, links) through the dashboard.
We don’t manufacture, sell, or ship the physical garment itself. QR codes are supplied to independent manufacturers and retailers, who print and sell the garments under their own arrangements — your purchase of the garment is a transaction with them, not with us.
3. Partners (manufacturers and retailers)
Separately from page owners, we give limited Service access to independent manufacturers and retailers who put our QR codes on their garments (a “Partner”). A Partner gets a dashboard to see their drops’ view stats and respond to user reports. By using the partner dashboard, a Partner agrees that:
- Partner accounts are created and issued by us manually — there’s no self-signup, and a Partner may not share dashboard access with third parties;
- the QR codes and pages assigned to a Partner are for use on garments the Partner manufactures and sells under their own responsibility — we aren’t a party to transactions between a Partner and their customers;
- a Partner can see reports filed against their drops’ pages, including any contact details a reporter voluntarily left for a reply, and agrees to use that information only to respond to the report, not for any other purpose;
- use of the name “QR HUDI” and the QR codes we issue is limited to their direct purpose (printing on a garment and linking to a personal page) — any other use of the brand requires our separate agreement;
- we may suspend or terminate a Partner’s dashboard access at any time, including for violating this section.
4. Cost
- access to the Service and all its features is currently free;
- we don’t request or charge you anything, at activation or afterward;
- we may introduce a paid subscription for some or all features in the future. If we do, we’ll notify users at least 14 calendar days before it takes effect (via the site and/or the email you provided at activation), stating the price, start date, and how to pay;
- if you don’t agree with the new terms once a paid tier is introduced, you may stop using the Service and delete your account before the paid tier takes effect, with no payment obligation.
5. Your account and page content
- you’re responsible for everything you add to your page (text, images, background, links);
- don’t post anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights);
- don’t use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, run scams, or engage in other unlawful activity;
- you confirm that you hold all rights necessary to post the images and other material you upload;
- you must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (see our Privacy Policy regarding children’s data).
6. Moderation and reports
Any visitor can report a page’s content using the “Report” button available on every public page. On a substantiated report, we may temporarily hide the page while we review it, and may permanently remove it if the report is confirmed. For copyright claims specifically, see our DMCA Policy.
7. Intellectual property
“QR HUDI,” the Service’s design, and its software are our property. Content you add to your own page stays yours — we don’t sell or transfer it to third parties, except as needed for the Service to function technically (for example, storage on our servers and object storage).
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. If a dispute arises from these Terms or the Service, please contact us first at the email below so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
